Arc is a textbook example of Danish design at its best. Innovation at its most meaningful. Thanks to its unique 360 degree rotation ability, the Arc can be rotated around the entire sink. The most flexible and versatile range of kitchen faucets on the market is available with multicolored handles and pipes and has been awarded both the Red Dot Design Award and the iF Design Award.
This is how Arc was created
When we created Arc, we wanted to develop the most flexible Damixa crane we have ever made. As soon as the unique 360-degree movement was in place, designer Jakob Jensen was given the task of completing the innovation:
“The challenge was to let the design show what Arc can do, so that the user can understand it intuitively. It can be said that the functionality has greatly contributed to the control of the design. For example, I chose to give the spout a different, more distinct type of profile. The crane has been turned around so that it points towards the opposite side, which gives the user an indication that it can be turned 360 degrees, ”says Jakob Jensen.
