Arc is a textbook example of Danish design at its best. Innovation when it is most meaningful. Thanks to its unique 360 degree rotational ability, Arc can be rotated throughout the sink. The most flexible and versatile range of kitchen faucets on the market is available with multi-colored handles and pipes and has been awarded both the Red Dot Design Award and the iF Design Award.
This is how Arc was created
When we created Arc, we wanted to develop the most flexible Damixa crane we ever made. As soon as the unique 360 degree movement was in place, designer Jakob Jensen was given the task to complete the innovation:
“The challenge was to let the design show what Arc can do, so that the user can understand it intuitively. It can be said that the functionality has greatly contributed to the design control. For example, I chose to give the pipe a different, more distinct type of profile. The crane has been rotated so that it points to the opposite side, giving the user a clue that it can be rotated in 360 degrees, ”says Jakob Jensen.
